Messenger is definitely one of the culprit that causing battery drainage. I stop using it and rely on the Facebook apps to check if there's any incoming messages or chat there..

Mind sharing what ROM and tweaking that you are currently using now?
I just rooted the phone. Stuck at cache earlier so i restart the process and now everything is working fine.

Rooted my phone and installed CWM + Omega 2.2+ restoring my backup from TB.
Monitoring in progress.

I have been checking XDA regularly and even PM one of the Kernel dev, seems like they are going to dev the custom kernel but not for Qualcomm at the moment.

if yes then the solution is to untick the reactivation lock.

Did you freeze the exchange services? or anything related to the email? if yes unfreeze it.
2nd, clear the email cache and data
3. I read it somewhere in XDA and there's solution for it.

Disable? what are the thing that you disable? Email and Email exchange ?

My suggestion is to use TB and freeze both. Stock Email app and also the exchange if you don't use it.
Try and see whether it works.
There's no point where you disable the apps but the stock mail exchange still running @ the background .
