Guys, wanna find out bout my N7 2013
I'm running STOCK rom with bootloader unlocked and rooted, TWRP recovery installed. When the OTA update is pushed out, will I be able to run and install it with the above configuration? I have no issue installing OTA updates on my rooted GNex running on STOCK rom using CWM recovery. Tks |

Hi guys, I'm on 4.4.2 right now.
Every time I update my N7, my TWRP recovery gets wipe off. I need to re-flash it every time after doing an update via OTA. I'm on stock rom and rooted. Anyway to go around it. Tks |

Hi guys,
I've updated mine via OTA to 5.0.1 without any issues. But.......I cant install TWRP or CWM recovery. After installing it and reboot the device, my N7 revert back to custom recovery. Thus I'm unable to root it again. Appreciate some help. Thanks in advance |

QUOTE(terence_nwb @ Dec 14 2014, 04:08 PM) This is a known bug on lollipop, you can try to flash again and see if it sticks, if not, then you will need to flash a perm-recovery.zip from wugfresh's toolkit to make it stick forever, or alternatively, you can choose to use CF-auto root since it doesn't require custom recovery, you can root it using computer. Thanks for the info.Yes, I did the CF-auto root and have regained root access. Cheers |
