I bought a new Nexus7(2013) but it came with 4.4.2 pre-installed OS, is this a genuine device or latest batch stock? Do I need to look for anything else in new device?

I receive a refund from the seller. Most likely it's a refurbished set, even the seller wasn't aware of it. Now I having hard time to find any places still selling nexus 16gb wifi. Any recommendation where can I get from? >.<

Is it possible to run flash player on KitKat? I tried to install archived adobe flash and run other browser doesn't seem working.
