Got Kitkat this morning for my N7 lte

Hi, my N7 2013 screen have a annoying problem.
The screen near the power button seems to have a line across the screen that doesn't refresh with the rest of the screen.
When u don't move the screen like scrolling, everything is fine. But when u scroll up or down, that thin line seems to move a second slower then the rest of the screen. The result is like judder and is especially worse on pictures.

Didn't had this problem when I got it Oct.

Any advise

If want to claim warranty as ASUS, how do i remove all the contents.
Otherwise the service guy will be able to see all my stuff

hi, my problem seems to be gone after i did a shut down.
I shut down the tablet left it over night and on it in the morning.
Working as normal now.

Maybe there was something in the memory that needs to be clear.
I haven't shut down the tablet for a very very long time
