Hi there. I just bought mine a month ago and now I'm having trouble charging my nexus 7. It looks like my connector port seems loose since I need to play around with the cable position before it can detect the power source and it takes a really long time than usual to charge (1 night only 10%). Should I bring it to the shop where I bought it or just go directly to asus service centre?
