Backup all my apps using helium, copy files to PC, unlock root my nexus 7, install KitKat. Copy the backup files back to nexus 7, open helium and try to restore...

And..helium said ”no backup found on your device".... Damn

unless got mifi! now in dilemma, got mifi and lte.

mifi: phone and tab can use. but slow
lte: super fast, phone cannot check whatsapp. and bring out more troublesome. D:

i dun like to type on tablet. i was trying to make whatsapp available for both. almost worked, but.. not the way i wanted it to. cannot get both noti.

probably lazy to open whatsapp and have notification.. happened to me though..

yeah, i know. its not that i need. its like i usually bring only my phone out, so noti on phone is a must. then sometimes i bring both. so once outside wifi zone, my tab will be showing the noti automatically. get it? i need it in a relay system. phone dc, tab connected. phone connect, tab have to dc.

Note 10 is too expensive for me.. I spotted Nexus 7 because of its price.. Around 900, quite affordable

Is nexus 7 in the same segment as iPad Air? I think the base model cost more than 50% of nexus 7s base model.

Hi guys, I'm on 4.4.2 right now.

Every time I update my N7, my TWRP recovery gets wipe off. I need to re-flash it every time after doing an update via OTA.

I'm on stock rom and rooted.

Anyway to go around it.

@owentan328, i think you need to read more, i was questioning why nexus 7 was compared to iPad Air.

@lyrilmaki - i think you need to see if you like the size of nexus 7. I bought nexus 7 to replace my iPad and use it a lot for work, taking notes and viewing documents during meetings, but so far, after 2 months, i still find nexus 7 to be too small.

avoid thick SP if possible.......make my touchscreen response worse
