You should just bring along your dog to scare him, meaning next time bite him.This stealing of neighbor fuse is so common in condo and apartment where they have a common meter room. You steal mine, I steal his, he steal hers and then everyone marked their fuses with unit nos. Most time it is the contractor who started first.
