Guys, I got offer from Aker, port klang..how is the working environment, increment, etc over there?

Not sure under which department as I have yet to get the offer letter. Most probably under control system dept, i guess. So how is the working environment under control system dept? U are working with aker at the moment?

They are offering much lower than my expectation salary, currently negotiating - may or may not be joining them subject to this. Im curios if aker is tight on budget or the recruitment company has KPI to achieve.
