i'm an engineer myself and the problem with consultant firm is the bosses knows that these fresh grads are out to learn from them. therefore, they will squeeze your pay and make the full use out of you. sad but true.
as for myself, i'm already in my third year in a consultant firm and my salary sitll doesn't go pass 2.5K. sad... |
