How to test Fake USB?, Tested, Counterfeit. what should i do?

I bought a new Kingston 32GB USB 2.0 flash drive.
when i plugin into my pc the Hardware Recognize it self as "UDRIVE" instead of "Data Traveller" how do i test it is genuine ? EDIT: Tested, it a Counterfeit USB Drive. copying file super slow... and big file tend to get corrupted..

try to copy more than 4GB files into the pendrive.. the bigger the better.. usually can't copy it all / copying in progress status bar stuck forever / or successfully copied but when reopen the pendrive, files is not there..

Try put few video in and try watch at other laptop see can watch or not, usually cant watch, coz i got brought a 64gb kingston also but have this faulty..

Does the seller give some sort of warranty?
I only buy flash drive from reputable shop in Low Yat plaza. |
