Anyone knows where i can buy the amp in KL area?

The current price in Germany is about EURO 159=RM 750, Anyone knows what the price here in malaysia..

Thx for the info, I just thought that the price for consumer electronics here in malaysia is lower.really crazy almost RM 1000 price different.

Maybe you all are right, i am not familiar with the malaysian tax system.
My other question, is the stuff like car amp considered luxurious good, so they have to be taxed so high, like Benz or BMW?
When we have look to the digital cameras, the price is here in general lower than in Germany, also for other consumer electronics.

I guess there is hugh profit margin inside this Penang's price

I think RM 750-850 is a reasonable price for this stuff, considering also import duty etc..
