You should try using their online feedback form. I think they have a super smart "rant" checking system, because after you voiced out all your frustration, and the system prompt a system error after you click "Submit". I laughed after that, what else can I do?

I wrote a very "nice" feedback to them, but guess they are just numb to all these from their existing customers. They were very prompt last time, not sure what happened to them now. Maybe they need a major re-org?

they waived me the rm50 gov tax when i called to cancel my visa business platinum early this year... and on top of that, in order to keep me, they offered me for a balance transfer up to half of my credit limit for 6 months at 0% interest. of course i maxed it and did a rm11k balance transfer to pay off my other 3 credit cards billing. 

maybe you should just call to waive the gov tax as it is much faster.
