Why was I requested to give such info? Anyone have such encounter before? Citibank first introduced their Clear card for graduates only and would require certificate. In reality, they accepted all sorts of applications, even without certs. CIMB also have similar program with Direct Access card for graduates to qualify for free for life AF. With competition nowadays, certs are rarely asked for. Why was I requested to give such info?
