feel boring with this sc card - buy iphone 6s at apple online store then being charged extra more - feel like wasted rm3699 - charged rm 3735.90 call ask they dont want do adjustment - then cancel card.. no point earn cashback while charge~

I do tell them that i buy from apple.com/my/ and why need to charge me extra and there isn't any conversion of the currency exchange, but they say it's like that then no choice they cannot do anything - I tell them to clear out the additional amount but they still say no - then I frustrated and cancel, goodbye - let's see what their retention team will do .. maybe they don't bother me as I'm not heavy spender like 100k or 200k but definitely is more than 30k .

yea, I do tell them that other bank where got such charges but they still want to charge the 36++ I used this card because of cash back now cash back = little - at such case better than I use reward card and earn point to exchange certain of stuff ~ piss off~!
