i cancelled my SCB card last mth cause the CS told me the cash back for petrol (15%) promotion ended in august. However, I received my e-statement still this month for the card that i cancelled and noticed that i got my petrol cash back in Oct 2013 for my sept 2013 spending which credit RM48 to my CC. Now that i have cancelled my SCB cc and throw the card I regret already =( RM48. Thanks to the stupid CS.

i just called them. Cause they still sent me the e-statement for my SCB cc although i cancelled my cc cause i still have rm48 credit in my account due to petrol rebate previously. They said will pay me back via cheque but processing fee rm5. i still can get RM43 from them
