What's there left with SCB CC as a customer for 5 years?
- They removed the 5x reward point for oversea spendings. - The reward items are getting lesser and lesser, the latest addition is last season Liverpool jersey. - No more MAS airport lounge access. - They hike up all the points requirement for item like PS3 etc. - They promised to revamp the reward program by Q1 this year, now is already Q4. I don't see anything at all...
The worst thing is, already complaint via multiple channel.... yet still the same.

I think they have a super smart "rant" checking system, because after you voiced out all your frustration, and the system prompt a system error after you click "Submit". I laughed after that, what else can I do? I wrote a very "nice" feedback to them, but guess they are just numb to all these from their existing customers. They were very prompt last time, not sure what happened to them now. Maybe they need a major re-org?
