Just called up and the operator said he had sent my waiver request and asked me to check back 5 days later via internet banking. I am not so sure if the waiver request is as good as it is waived but the operator sounds like no problem to get mine waived.

Then u shold try again and speak to the operator. I did the key in card number process too and after i failed twice, was route to the operator. The operator process my request no question asked.

I am not sure whether the request is a guaranteed waiver, but mine was waived.
