This is my first time apply via RP and is a hassle to just receive the free gift.
May 23 - 1st swipe
Jun 22 - 1st email to RP, they mention approval list is given by SCB in monthly basis and still not received mine
Jul 12 - 2nd email to RP, approval list do not have my name, need to wait for another batch
Jul 20 - 3rd email to RP, they escalated my case to SCB ask for more detail
Aug 03 - 4th email to RP asking for update, they say will treat this as high priority
Aug 04 - RP call me said SCB inform RP that I am existing customer (but I am not) so not eligible for the SmartTag. RP ask me to call SCB myself to confirm I am New customer and give the CS name back to RP. I called SCB CS and call back RP to give the CS name. RP say they will do further investigation after that in 3 working days
Aug 08 - 5th email to RP asking for update, they say investigation still ongoing
Aug 09 - received email from RP for smarttag redemption with unique code. Redeemed immediately.
Aug 11 - no confirmation received from RP so I emailed them on top of the unique code email asking for status. They said RP already send sms to me so I check back the sms and notice there is a Expedia voucher ( I thought that is some extra voucher when i received it). I then inform them that is not the smart tag free gift, apparently they confuse on the free gift and ask my delivery address for the smart tag. They have arrange the smart tag free gift and tell me to expect received it within 21 working days
Aug 15 - received GDEX tracking number for the smart tag
Aug 16 - received smart tag + RM50 TnG from GDEX
