But I have no used this card for Dining, all dining spend on my HL Mach

What item has probably under for dining rebate was only "DOMINO'S PIZZA", transaction date on 16 June 2016

Based on my record, the amount swiped for Domino was RM294.30

do we require to fulfill the RM500 spend before we spend in dining?
i remember the spending requirement is including dining as well, right? or if the first RM500 was dining, then the dining was not count in as entitle amount for cashback.

May I know is 12th your statement date?

AFAIK, the T&C stated minimum spend is RM500 and get 18.88% rebate for dining from that RM500 or more.

Quoting my previous post. At first I also thought you have to spend min RM500 retail only then spend on dining, but others pointed it out that that RM500 can be pure dining transactions.

My statement date is on 28th

Yes, for my case. I spend less than RM500 before i swipe the dining at Jun 19. However, the total spend is more than RM500 after included the dining spend at Jun 19.
SCB confirm that I am not in the June winner list and they make a report for investigation and will revert to me in 3 working days.

I wonder even if they found I was actually eligible, will they still credit the cashback for me? I think since the winner list already there, there will be no more allowance for them.

In such cases most likely they will still give u the CB.

Just called 2 CS, 1 said wait for my August statement, the rebate will be there if I am eligible, another 1 said the winner list not yet out

But one same thing they both said, is that you can spend the minimum solely on dining, which is the same as we have interpreted.

My dining transaction made on 15 and 17 June also get nothing.. My 15 June transaction is 2k+, 17 June is 55+

ckweng, 23 June is ur only dining transaction which matched with ur cashback amount?

My 2nd last transaction was 17 June and last on 23 June. Mine was a combination of multiple transactions. If the last fulfilling transaction on 23 June was not eligible, I wouldn't have received the full rebate.

Perhaps you can try and email them to file a dispute?

If really check on the MCC, 3510-4999 and 7011 is actually classified under Hotel instead of dining.

If I'm using Standard Chartered CashBack Gold MasterCard Credit to pay online bill at posonline.com.my, will I eligible for 5% cash rebate?(I'm spending RM1000)
