Tried to use at 2 petronas stations also declined, asked counter said system down for that, but highly doubt it.

Have you got it and tried? Can use?

How to use? Just insert and take out, choose language then select fill up right? rclxub.gif

want to know for the cashback gold,

is based on 1500 retail per month, or statement date?

Hi all,
9 Oct got my 1st statement, 29 Oct due.
Total spending is RM1640.98, but there isn't any Cashback earned!
May I know why I got no rebate for Sept, since the cashback is calculated by month?

Just told by CS...
The Cash Back will credit back around 60 days from your statement date
ie Oct 2015 CB can only Redeemable by Dec 2015

Yes. It is per calendar month. So you spend 2k on October, and you will entitled for rm 50 cash back

That's why when I got the Ringgitplus RM 300 petronas gift card, immediately I called SC to cancel my card. brows.gif

Now pending for their cancellation department call back. doh.gif

hi your can check on nov around 25 - 28 normal SCB will create cash back on 4th week on next month .
