Why dont u visit their showroom? Ok la i been once there.

But honestly i feel its just too far almost teach nilai already.

The legal fee they only subsidize 50% if im not mistaken.

No furnishing at all. Thats whay can offer at cheaper rate.

However do take a note that zero furnishing, once conpleted you need to fork out minimum rm25k-30k to renovate and furnish it for own living. 😅

MK land like to use this kind of design in Cyberjaya back in the early 2000s

Kajang more strategic......nearer to KL and many access to highway...

However......

Quite high density area....poor road planning and small road... due to older town....

For own stay in the future i suggest bangi area....
