Are you sure it's low density? BSP+BM already got plenty of residents. Not counting those coming from Bangi lama. The queue to PLUS toll is seldom pretty bad because of the main junction and traffic jam towards Nilai. I guess what I'm concerned here is, does Putra Mahkota has any plan to improve the traffic flow.

I also don't quite see the point of having a nearly half a mil condo in this area. There's just KUIS and Nilai 3 factories. There are competing well maintained low cost apartments nearby with rental less than 600. I doubt I can rent it for 1k monthly. If for own stay, there's plenty of landed subsale in BM for less. But then, what do I know. I'm still newb in this high rise investment thing.

You certain 530k? Because I asked their marketing leader on site last week the cheapest available is slightly over 540k regardless bumi or non-bumi.

Gandaria is in the middle of high traffic area, but there are 24hr medical centre, mosque and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Almyra gets tesco, new shops, themed roads, and nearby toll.

As for price, Gandaria is 100k higher.

I hazard a guess that it was the 1k booking that made it.
