just went there, the SA said that Phase 2 (Almyra - Block 3) will be launch sometime between Mar & Apr. The new price will be around 5% increment. GST for Serviced Residence (Almyra) will be absorbed by IOI.

But for the GST issue, according to the Customs Guide on Property Developer, although the serviced apartment is under commercial title, but the GST treatment is based on the usage of the building, below is the extract from from the guide:-

7. The supply of land used for agricultural, residential (including residential house such as link house, semi-detached house, detached house, apartment including serviced apartment and condominium) or general purpose such as burial, playground and religious is exempt from GST.

U are right about the Type B unit in Block 3.

Nop, i didnt get any unit. Was just surveying and look-see.
Bought Savanna earlier, but thought that this IOI development is interesting as well =)

U mean Phase 1 of Savanna? Block A1, A2, B1, B2 and C2 are all out. C1 has been stagnant for 2+ month.

Like u said, the price is getting ridiculous from C1 onward, hence the low demand and inability to sell more units.
Talking about 450k for 960sf cube at Bangi?! Almyra seems like a better deal.

I dont think that Block D1 and D2 will be announced anytime soon by Mahsing (for Savanna).
