 Visiting starproperty exhibition at KLCC last week and today recived email from their Sr Sales & Marketing Manager as promise More info on Bandar Puteri Bangi....Saw the master plan during the exhibition and explain by SA about the overall development and landscape street concept - California Street, Art Street and Tropical Street with Arena Oasis Clubhouse and Eco Oasis Parkland For terrace house., ...2 storey terrace house, 22' x 80', built-up 2,500 sq.ft., 111 units (Phase 1) and 118 units (Phase 2 - 24' x70') ...Price RM550K-RM600K ...Target launch : March/April 2014 I think they move very fast..try to launch the project within 6 months after they bought from Lion Group.
