yup...their earlier targeted price was like 600k and then up to 680k and now 757k... ...anyway just wait for the official launching..

they have full info in their welcome centre @ setia alam.
if you have no time to personal visit the welcome centre,,,,,perhaps you can search on Propcafe.net on the article and facades. They did have a write up on this sometimes ago,

This is the material spec of the DSL...

Too bad, is cement sand brick.... 

But in terms of tiles, very generous, mostly are porcelain...   

Car porch and driveway is concrete imprint, nice..   

Only provide 3 aircon points, maybe not enough....   

Material spec is above average....
