Landed.. Package still the same as launching. I booked one unit last Monday.. Hopefully loan will be approved..

i though all units phase 1 fully sold since they launching 2 3 months back.

Thats what i thought of before i went there.. Once i reached there the sales lady told me there were 8 units available. Quickly i booked one the next day after checking my loan qualification with bank.

Yes bro. Downpayment can be paid every 6months for 3 installments. For bumi 7% downpayment discount and pay another 3% minus 10k booking with installment. Can go and check it out at their sales office.

For those buyer under LTV 70%, can ask IOI give 6 installment for every 6 month for downpayment ??

Not sure if they allow 6 installments. I didnt see that in their package.

i visited the show gallery today. i was told phase 2 would be launched by end of May. they allowed me to make a reservation with no fee, so i booked one corner unit. the rows facing the park would be the highest demand.

Since u booked oledi. Can share the sales package for phase 2??

just back from ioi sales gallery in Bandar Puteri Bangi, booked 1 unit terrese..and paid the booking..only left 5 units..most of it are bank rejected loan...Phase 2 to be launched by end of May 2015, was told RM20k higher and smaller unit...but the advantage is both phases completed on the same time..

no details on phase 2, except the layout is 24x70.

i only reserved a lot, didn't pay any booking. developer will call me when they are ready to take in the booking.
