Do you mean currently the void at the first floor makes the living room at the ground floor having the double ceiling height effect?

I am not a fan for double ceiling height as it may dangerous for kids.. How IOI shall deal with the safety feature for this void?

wow, layout 100% better than savannah? Can share the solid reasons?

By the way, Almyra shall be on commercial title or residential title? Come along with how many car parks?

It's really a plus points as each unit also equipped with a fairly large balcony..

Currently open one is Block 2, which is near to Hammock and Cabanas facilities, on sale is 172 units. There are some blank column in the sales chart after 25th floor, not sure it is booked by staffs or the design is actually make it void. If assume other 3 blocks similar to this number, there will be 688 units in total.

Not sure about the sales package, coz only concentrated asking question about terresse... Maybe other taikor know the information can share share..

Attach is the floor plans for Type A, B and C, as well as the material spec.. Quite generous with most porcelain tiles throughout the unit..

However only mention is brick wall / RC wall, most likely is using sand brick as Terresse as well.. Some more only 3 air cond and 3 fan points for type A, IOI expect either one room or living room no need aircond/fan?? Store room perhaps?

May I know when are you taking this sales chart? How come when I took it at 530 pm 9/1/2015 all the type A units in level 6 & 7 are being taken up?

One is strata GnG, one is individual FnG, this is already different.

Bandar Puteri has a total advantage in terms of house size (22 x 80) vs Merrydale (20 x 70).. Terresse gives me a superlink feel...

Merrydale has a 3.7 acres landscape and garden within the fencing area, is a total advantage over Terresse, which only can share the EcoOasis park with all the residents, including those from the vicinity such as Bandar Seri Putra and Bandar Bukit Mahkota...

I am not booking for Almyra so not very sure.. For Terresse there is an early bird package, just talk to the SA then you will know..

Rebate and discount sensitive issue now...
