the main problem is cash drop till like trash
i think impossible for property to drop faster than RM

The website showing 360k for apartment and 700k onwards for link house, i guess it means the standard intermediate for public non bumi shld be 735k onward

This ioi always increase price. Previously 305k for apartment

I saw this afternoon they up a big tent infront their sales gallery and when I call their office..official launch on 10 ans 11 January 15

Next to Putra Mahkota Toll House but they still not operate from this office. ..you can drive to sales office as the road is ready with palm trees + jogging + bicycle path look ready.

I think you can't miss their big office just next the toll plaza Putra Mahkota @ Bukit Mahkota Bangi

Or you can just waze IOI Galleria @ Bangi. ..waze will bring you there but the will ask you to make U turn at traffic light after toll. Just turn right after the traffic light enter to Bukit Mahkota Bangi

Received a call from IOI today about the project launch on 10 & 11 January 2015. Soft launch for project will be done on 9 January 2015 with price for terrace house The Terresse 22 x 80, 2,510 sq.ft. @ RM728,800 and for service apartment Almyra Residence @ RM360,800. For service apartment can select the unit now but for terrace house only on 9 January 2015.

Location is better than Semenyih.....go Seremban, HSR Putrajaya , KLIA , Subang, KL also much more easy.

Yes at Bangi sales gallery. After view their sample unit yesterday...the sample house is really big for 2,510 sq.ft., I decide book 1 unit The Terresse at their office today by placing RM10,000 cheque with my consent that I agreed I'm not entitled to any early bird rebate which they are not decide the final amount. I m planning to stay here after consider there is a club house, and the surrounding environment that they doing now..the project just next to Bandar Puteri town park...their California street look nice with proper bicycle path...any one ride Bianchi bicycle here?

They just offered:
(1) Free SPA on SPA.
(2) Differed Payment Scheme on differential sum up to 30%.
As I plan to take only 80% loan, so upon signing SPA just booking RM10,000, 6 months from SPA = 6.66%, 12 months = 6.66% and 18 months=6.66%
(3) Individual title is out but IOI don't absorbed stamp duty on MOT

So, now I officially stay at 31, Jalan Puteri 5A/2, Bandar Puteri Bangi, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.

When I place the booking, there is another unit already also taken.
