I'm having some difficulties in deciding to buy a R9-280X toxic and a R9-290 . . My budget can cover but still based on performance vs money . .
if buying the R9-290, which brand should go? i heard current R9-290 is quite boiling running at full load . .

Ya . . those have R9-290 claiming like having a vacuum machine or a jet engine in his/her rig . .
My fren also have 1 and I can say that you really need a 3rd party cooler to reduce the temperature and the fan noise . . .

Order the toxic and wait for the non-reference . .
If everything sui sui, then i will say bye bye to my toxic . .
