Hi guys

Need your expert advice. I was planning to get r9 290 non X but I came across these reviews. I got worried that it doesn't perform well. I need your opinion on this. I used to use 560 ti but due to their terrible driver and the card problem, I'm planning to change to AMD card.

Just a quick question, do you think that the non reference card would required higher PSU watts? I know that 600w was enough for r290 but not sure if we get the non reference, would it be the same.
