Yeah i own a Gigabyte GTX 760, it does not have any sticker on screw, but Palit has one on it doh.gif cant install thrid party cooler.
Powercolor GPU does not have sticker either.

Also to prevent unnecessary GPU load, reduce heat, noise, if FPS over 60 is unnecessary if your monitor only support up to 60hz refresh rate.
