AFAIK, it's the same driver as Cat 13.11 Beta 9.5.

No it's not. Check out the changelog. but there's a bug atm
*
Well, I can see where Acid is coming from...

Just reviewed the changelog and don't see anything which attracts me that much at the moment (to spend time to uninstall and sweep the drivers). Might wait for the next release. Will spend more time gaming instead. xD

Try Kombuster/Furmark.... Heh heh heh heh heh. Monitor the temps closely when you do that though.

Low temps, but not sure why your VDDC power in and out is registering pretty low values.
On Kombuster and Furmark I'd usually get around 200w in and 170w out:

ADD: Ah! MSAA - If I turn it off somehow my GC uses a lot more power lol. If I turn it on at 8x, I'd use around 130w in and 110w out. Weird. lol

This? Ebay has plenty of it

sweat.gif Done a quick price check on these stickers. The stickers themselves are darn cheap (less than a ringgit actually!), but the shipping... sweat.gif
Better to buy it in bulk.

Casual miners hoping to make a quick buck are disappointed. smile.gif LiteCoin is now half what it was about 2 weeks ago but still 8 times more than what it was many months back.

As for the cooler, I'm getting the soon.

1. DeepCool Dracula http://www.deepcoolglobal.com/Product/DRACULA/Design/
2. GELID Icy Vision Rev 2 http://www.gelidsolutions.com/products/ind...=1&cid=17&id=52

Some trivia. smile.gif

DeepCool Dracula looks eerily similar to the Alpenfoehn Peter, and shares the same fan mounting, which looks similar to the FMK-01 Fan Mounting Kit sold by Prolimatech.

I really wanna get my hands on that fan mounting kit lah.

norazwan79, could you try turning off any form of anti aliasing and run the test?

Interestingly on my system, with AA off, power usage jumps up drastically running furmark (which is very counter-intuitive actually lol). Could you see if you could recreate the same issue? Thanks.

No wonder lingloong was slashing the price for the reference R9 290X.... R9 290X Tri-X for a mere RM2250. laugh.gif
Insane price vs performance from AMD this time.

ADD: Btw, DmC (Devil May Cry) makes a very nice stress test game lol. My max VDDC Power Out hits circa 160W, higher than me playing Crysis 3. VRM temp 1 stayed around 85C then.

but tri-x version sapphire didn't custom the pcb right? they use the reference pcb and put on their own tri-x cooler
*
Not too sure though, you'd need to check out some reviews for that. laugh.gif Am at work at the moment so can't quite read up review sites.
EDIT: ^^^ Nah, rav3n82 replied you liao. laugh.gif

I think it's a good choice for those do not want to void their card's warranty, while having a superb performance-proven Tri-X cooler, at a very decent price.

Still... Honestly, no backplate bugs me a little. Then again.... PCBs are pretty solid stuff, just me being paranoid I guess.

custom made by Mod'N'Go Design

i believe he is currently the most famous modder  in Malaysia, some of his works are featured in pc magazines like Chip and etc.

Here's the fb page, together with his other worklogs.

mine was a rush project, so i was kinda surprised to see how well it went haha

the acrylic was then painted in black. very clean looking.

Ah, from the same fella who modded your case eh.
Thanks for the contact! smile.gif
