Asus R9-280X DCII Top is the best...2 slot cooler, low noise, cool, 3 years warranty...just OC this card to Toxic level (1150MHz core) and you're good to go. Mine can OC up to 1170MHz at stock Volt (1163mV)..tried BF4 at 1250MHz so far no crash

I think better you get some 1666mhz RAMS, would do you good.
8GB of 1666 works better than 16GB of 1333.
