I just called up to check, the helpline also saying the same thing.
For special case like paying hospital bill or going overseas, we can either ask for temp increase or bank in the amount you short into your credit card account.
For the temp increase, must apply 3-4 days in advanced (for hospitalization) or 1 month (for overseas trip), and is subject to their approval.
