I hold a maybank visa petronas and would like to upgrade to maybank 2 card, since my salary is bank in to maybank every month by employer, do i still need to bring my payslip and related information to the maybank card center to ask for upgrade?

You cannot upgrade from the visa petronas. They will treat it as a new application for Maybank 2 card and u need to fill in the form [actually, they will fill in the form for ya..lol].
No need to bring anything except your IC. They will check your acc. since your salary credited into Maybank account every month. |

Yup, same case as mine. Only need IC. They will check your history based on the Petronas cc. I only submitted my payslips to increase the credit limit.

Hi Guys,
Not sure this has been asked before. Read on Maybank website you get treatpoints when you charge your groceries bill to the CC on the weekend, but I couldn't find which grocery store offer the treatpoints. Anyone could enlighten? Thanks in advance. |

Assuming my Maybank credit card limit is RM5,000 only But I need to swipe a RM10,000 value of transaction in the coming month Can I bank in a RM5,000 cash into my credit card account before hand? So indirectly I have RM10,000 limit which is sufficient for me to swipe. Can this be done? |

For special case like paying hospital bill or going overseas, we can either ask for temp increase or bank in the amount you short into your credit card account. For the temp increase, must apply 3-4 days in advanced (for hospitalization) or 1 month (for overseas trip), and is subject to their approval. lets say i just got increased my salary to 5k this month, do i able to apply platinum card? or i need to wait for another two months in order to submit three months payslip with 5k?   |
