Just saw the iFixit teardown of Nexus 5. The LTE chip is the same one in Nexus 4 - WTR1605L

I see quite a few orders for Nexus 5 in garage sales. But, most sets are going to be from US. I dont get it - why buy something that u cant us it 100% (LTE wise)???

Sorry for asking this - i know many had asked. Is there a way to sideload KitKat without losing my data - needs to unlock bootloader rite? Would the bootloader lock back after finishing sideloading KitKat.
Many thanks in advance. Btw, Still on stock 4.3. |
