Hi guys, im a new nexus4 user here, bought mine at rm1.1k

im happy wit this phone, it has got enough juice to run things smoothly in a JB phone.

i did not know 4.3 more power demanding than 4.2. so upgraded through OTA rite after power up this baby.

Now im pretty dissapointed by the battery life.

any tips or tricks to extend battery life?

guys, can suggest me a link of how to step by step unlock, root, backup, flash rom, etc...

ive check 1st page's recommended unlock n root guide, does it applies to 4.3?

now i wanna try some good roms, any reccomendation? preferably simple, smooth, fast & good battery life roms.

guys, does flashing kernel only requires wipe data/dalvik cache?

guys, i think im having issues wit my nexus 4 which it doesnt look like kitkat without the transparent noti bar & navi bar but phone showing upgraded to 4.4 dy, suspect problem arise from update through OTA while stil rooted?

i recall while updating, it ask abt clear root o not, but i clicked 'go back' then phone boot up straight becomes kitkat dy, then i realise i did not hav transparent bars... how come??

bros, wat is GEL? any link? i know stuffs r thr but not cool ma... cannot show off wihout transparent thingies...
