Used to play the game like the sims, harvest moon, cooking mama, patapon that is without having to war/ fight, personally don't like that kind of game, LOVE CUTE GAMES, any recommendations? I'm now playing animal crossing and buying the harvest moon, and cooking mama.thanks.

As a girl 3DS gamer myself, I highly recommend some of the games suggested in this thread:

1) Style Savvy: Trendsetters - awesome fashion game, really addictive, loads of fun.
2) Rune Factory 4 - not-so-cutesy farming game (if Harvest Moon is for young teens, Rune Factory is for older teens with more detailed artwork and mechanics)
3) Fire Emblem Awakening - romance, romance everywhere
4) Tales of the Abyss - epic, moving plot, has its cute moments but quiet serious too
5) Professor Layton & the Miracle Mask - for quiet nights

Does it matter which firmware your 3DS is on if R4 card is required?

I'm afraid mine cannot support R4... btw, any recommended sellers to buy R4 from?

No I didn't own myself a R4 Card. I know that R4 card is for nds games.

Any new addition for Cooking Mama? I search online there's one called Cookign Mama Magic?

Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic is the latest one. Then again, it has been years since a new Cooking Mama came out.

From personal experience:

All the rhythm games would work well....Theatrhythm FF, Rhythm Thief are recommended. If you have a JP region 3DS, Taiko no Tatsujin and Hatsune Miku Project Mirai/Project Mirai 2 are cute to the max :3
