They make a league and release all fixtures and everyone can play each other anytime they want and finish the league within 2 weeks
Its not that organized like sham(previous league)where he put 3match per week but its really2 fast but everyone finished the league at least 90% of it but up to you homas

yup.... some people not really active in the forum and some of them have limited free time.
