the price factor is really playing havoc with your choices... and with your level of expectations... i don't know if it can ever be fulfilled.. at one point, you are lambasting a frame for being old, then the other, for being over budget...you need to loosen up one of your criteria to make it happen....
and what makes you say that is the choice?
