just wondering, so u tried a pair of R1 at ur LBS, and u bought it online?

tats how things are nowadays... so, expect to get treated very badly in the future by bikeshops... unless you are their elite members meaning "water fish"...

checked here n there, tried this n that, finally bought online. should have bought what you could afford.

things i need to actually try in a shop (shoes, clothing, etc), i don't buy online. if i need to test these stuff in an LBS, i honour them by buying from them. sure i can test, see if it fits, and go back home click click on the internet. but no, i've never done that. i've cycled for years, but i've never done that. i honour my LBS.

sure i've tried stuff but decided not to buy them. but that's because they didn't fit me, or i just simply couldn't afford them. i'd look for something else, in another LBS. not online shop. because online shop can never provide me the opportunity to let me try them on.

i've bought parts online, but i installed them myself.

If I buy a cycle computer myself, is it hard to install?

We know this can be a sensitive topic, but we are frequently amused to see cyclists hunting for the lightest carbon bike with carbon wheels to minimise the weight of their ‘cycling machine’ … when they are 15-20kg overweight.

pump up to pressure is one thing... ease of pumping, how many stroke it takes is the other...

no point recommending cos it might not be available there... the birzman zacoo pumps are not bad...else, i jus buy topeak... since now rodalink has service kits... i don't need to worry about it crapping out...
then, how you go back up?

there is nothing special about GH lar.. to me at least.. and the descend is actually more worrying because if you are familiar with the roads... the top part is zigzagging all the way down.... and it is hard for cars to see a bike coming round a corner as the roads slope down as they turn in... a bit dangerous if you are not careful...

tat is until u clear the temple... then the roads straight straightening out and is more open....
