QUOTE(danielcmugen @ Oct 21 2013, 04:59 PM) Conventional ones cost how much? Can the receiver be removed from the car? Cuz I've seen some cars with some black stuff (looks like those meant to put bicycle) but no bicycle on it. Make the car look ugly. why not consider SeaSucker?

QUOTE(mrjgx @ Nov 1 2013, 10:01 PM) Special? No lar it was a joke. Anyway the e5 is a bit soft for my liking. I don't know about others, but if you really serious about your wattage savings, the bike is a lemon p/s: since there are other e5 users here, my statement above is purely frm my personal opinion on my own bike. it did feel great when i purchased but after a while it's started to feel soft. i guess that's true for every other alloy bike out there. the aging factor my next bike frame would be....carbon yup...me too feel the frame a bit soft...feel like the frame flex when out of saddle...very different feel of rigid carbon frame...

very busy with my study and work for the whole week...doesn't even have the time to have a peek on the ironman website...but after reading few pages back, there is a lot of newbie that register for the ironman just for the sake of ikut kawan and for fun...i take my hat off to them and u earn my respect i still considering myself whether to register or not...for me, money is second issue..the main point is whether i can commit to the training until the end of next year...have to juggling between works, study and schedule training...this year very busy with training till i have no time for vacation, socialize and off season break...still have few days for deep thought whether to join or not... QUOTE(lilredridinghood @ Nov 8 2013, 08:55 PM) BTW, basic trainers, don't think I need all the special special high level resistance trainers. Minoura? Elite? TACX? Or Jet Black? Of all Jet Black is the cheapest but I would like to ask what are the things that would make a good decent trainer should there be rainy days? Running 2-3 hours on the treadmill boring i'm using minoura B60...get it cheap rm200 secondhand from friend...but cycling on trainer also boring same like running on treadmill...boring as hell and sweat like nobody business...the max i can go only 90 minutes on trainer...now looking for roller to diversify my training...
