i think if podolski is to stand a chance to play for germany he would have to reinvent himself into a proper CF. realistically i dont think he'll start ahead of reus/schurrle/draxler, and i am a big fan of reus/schurrle. schurrle had a blast in the last game for german, but he was fielded as a LW. not to mention draxler also plays LW. the only way i think poldi can get minutes is to reinvent himself as a ST, as klose is aging and gomez might not be fit. hell, schurrle can also put in a shift as a striker.

if szc manages to convince his polish mate lewandowski to come here it would be equivalent to szc assisting a hundred goals for me
