Bro,
40k service is major service...and T n H strategy different from nissan...T n H selling price higher then Nissan so service of cuz cheaper berapa puluh ringgit or 1 or 2 hundred...nissan is the opposite way car cheap maintain expensive...
If u remember the home appliance Sanyo brand..it's things sell cheap but spare part expensive n national is the opposite way...
Btw don worry about the spare part in nissan it durability is far beyond Toyota so call king of the car..
FYI aft my 40k service my VL gear shifting is more smooth n power...fc about 480-530 in kl..
Aircon service Sejuk lag I...believe me...almera is far far n superior then vios..
Thks

can we skip few inspections listed in major service list without void the warranty?

Last Saturday I sent my Almera for 20k service and I asked them to perform tire alignment and balancing as well. After took back my car, I can hear some rotating noise at rear wheel when driving around 40km/h to 60km/h.

Send it back to SC, they said it is bearing issue anf change it.
It seems ok for few days but today when I drive at higher speed, around 80 to 100, I still can hear the rotating noise at rear wheel.

Anyone experience this before? Is it related to tire issue because I believe they swapped my front tire to rear.

i think it's bearing issue again.maybe inproper assembly or original part defect.
i guess that almera is using cut cost bearing/cheapest bearing from local supplier.
already become common defect item.. doh.gif

Hi guys,

I've been driving the Almera E Spec Auto since 3 months ago. Its approaching the 5000km second service.

Recently when I drive up to 100km/h or above that, I heard some buzzing/vibration sound from the back of the car. Its not too loud though, could be easily masked if the radio volume is set to 7 and above.

Anyone has any idea what causes such buzzing/vibration sound? I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the exhaust pipe(a common problem according to a lot of owners in this thread).

Thanks guys.

did you complain to SC about this problem during 2nd service?
