Intel C2D E7200 OC, Is it safe at 70c max

As title and description mentioned i had oc my e7200 2.53Ghz to 3.16Ghz. Is it safe at 70c temperature max load?
I'm currently running with stock cooler.
My spec is,
Mobo: Gigabyte EP43-DS3L Proc: Intel C2D E7200 2.53Ghz ~ 3.16Ghz (Bus speed: 266 ~ 333 x 9.5 Rated FSB: 1066 ~ 1333) RAM: Kingston 2GB PC5300 667 x 1 (Mhz: Remain 333Mhz default timing) GC: Geforce 9500 GT 512MB GDDR3

yes it is safe...no worry tjmax for e7200 is between 95-100c iinm mayb can opt for a cheap cpu cooler i.e CM hyper 212x rm135, tx3 evo rm75 from idealtech list https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=861287&hl=

But I would recommend for you to get a good & cheap cooler and effective thermal paste to reduce the temp even more. My suggestion - Xigmatek S963
