using KingstonVR DDR2 667MHz 1GB x 2

My timing 5-5-5-31 . How to make its better ?
*
5-5-5-31 is the wrong timing for it, the SPD itself is 5-5-5-15 at least. You can usually get at least 4-4-4-12.

Eh is it ok for DRAM:FSB to be 12:8 or is it better to be 1:1... ?  RAM higher than FSB can get better results?...

Test and see i guess.

Maybe you can try increasing the voltage for the proc. Mine is running at 410 FSB at 1.376v.. will need 1.475 to be stable though.
