not so sure, but mine can do 4-4-4-12 with 2.2 v arround 900-950mhz max...

can try enable ur voltage dumper in your bios setting, it reduce vdroop very effectively . u cant even notice the vdroop wtih asus prob2... (i'm using p5k premium)
