guys,i wanna ask u smtg.wat u do mean by bandwidth efficiency?

at the bottom there written smtg like:
Warning 5400:Low efficiency.Check memory timings and settings.

wat shud i do abt it?
my memory timings are 4-4-4-12.
those sub timings i dunno how to set and i leave it at AUTO at bios there.

i'm using KVR DDR800 Elpida chips.2GB X 2 running at 2.1v
