i think anything from OCZ that is around pc6400 will not use D9 chipset...only those 1066 will use D9 chipset..

How do you know mine is promos? Was the ram yours before mr.shawty?  laugh.gif
Refer to the DDR2 ram list.
Only the early batches of Supertalent DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz uses Micron D9GMH, what you get isn't the early batches, around 4th to 6th batch.

I know because that ram came from me, i bulk it last time.

Wow, OCZ ReaperX HPC DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz 4GB Kit [2X2GB] has the capability of reaching 1110 @ 5-5-5-15 @ 2.2Volts! shocking.gif
Impressive set of 2X2 rams.

It's stable at 2.2Volts too! wub.gif

No, but you can always buy from karom or newegg.
Good price though.

SRP is around RM659 - RM699

No.
The 2.1Vdimm is it's stock voltage for it's stock speed.

It's normal for 2X2GB rams needing 2.1Volts just to run the ram at PC2-6400 800MHz @ CL4.

That ram is warrantied at 2.2Volts.

Does any1 know how to differentiate between crucial 10th ann and ballistix?
Besides knowing the 10th ann is rare.

In terms of OC,which is better?

I refered to the ram list and only found that it states that Crucial Ballistix comes with D9GMH. What about Ballistix Tracer line? Do they confirm come with D9GMH?
