well evans had sort of a bad patch and ppl were writing him off even after his promising start as a 20 year old, just like how welbeck is being written off now, *cough de gea carrick cough*

well has any1 consider that welbeck has never ever ever been given a consistent run in the team, not to mention a position...how many starts upfront has he been given this season anyway? i do rmb he scored 2 goals against swansea in the opening game...u can judge him based on just his goals, but i personally dont believe he is a bad goalscorer, 8 goals in 20 appearances for england says something, maybe he just hasnt find that midas touch around the team with all these inconsistent appearances...

im not saying welbz is super underrated for now, has potential ability of like 200 in fm or somethg...he does struggle to perform to standards and i do often get frustrated with his decision making in front of goal from time to time juz like everyone here... but do rmb, write him off at the age of 23 at ur own peril

No offence but isnt this just saying if he cant do what rooney does than he is not good enuf for united? Rooney was a wonderkid, one of a kind...it is evident welbeck has nvr fall into that category even with his good spell at sunderland...Might as well say if a striker in the team cant do wat rooney did then he should go away
