Cristiano Ronaldo fresh from his starring role in securing his country’s progress to the 2014 World Cup, told radio show El Partido de las 12 that he now loves life in the Spanish capital.

Giggs probably rested since he played 90mins vs Leverkusen and was a sub vs Cardiff.  40y.o. needs to recover after that.. besides which Spurs have such a muscular midfield, if Giggs played he probably would have struggled too. He tends to do better in Europe and vs clubs with less muscle in CM because he won't get battered.

Moyes is learning, just needs time. Good thing is that his subs this game were all attacking ones (Nani, Hernandez, Young). For me, Young was probably the most iffy of the 3, but he did get a brace vs Spurs previously and some minutes on the pitch would be good for him since late December is going to bring fixture congestion and that's when we will need the entire squad to be able to cope with it well.

lol, let's share with me dude.. as usual in a lose people will attack/criticize every possible thing, even the most unreal one. If there was performance that I enjoyed the most it would be Kagawa, at least in first half before dragged out to left though even he still create that beautiful move, change direction of the run, and lashes accurate lob. You see United play lot of ball in center attacking position when Kagawa was there in first half and in second half it was the usual 'give the ball out left/right, dont really care where they stand, and meaningless crossing', one of the factor why Valencia performance was degrading in second half after good run in first half imo. I don't remember any bad perfomance when Ronney-Kagawa combined as no 9-10, I think one of the reason why SAF bought Kagawa because United need midfielder who can score, and he kind of fulfilled that last season.

The only problem that I see from Kagawa is his stamina in BPL, that's it. And no, Valencia is not an average player.
